Assists the Executive Director in forming the Organizational financial policy and manages all financial matters at the operational level; Financial data gathering and interpretation; strategic planning; Regularly informs the Executive Director about the up-to-date Organizational financial state and financial perspective; Cash-flow planning; distributing and approving incomes and expenditures of the organization; Manages the work of the financial and accounting department; Responsible for maintaining and developing the financial relations with existing customers and banks. Requirements: University degree in Finance; Fluent English and good computer skills; Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills; Project management and team leading skills; Driving license; Ability to deliver on time under pressure; Ethical and loyal person with high moral values; At least three (3) year experience in a relevant position.
