| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Manage Early Collections team across all businesses; maintain a regular contact with Risk to drive collections process and capacity to be adequate and resulting in stable portfolio performance;
• Manage development of necessary IT technology and system infrastructure;
• Exploit available best practices to constantly improve productivity thru technology, customer segmentation and digitization;
• Take over Early collections team and responsibility for process performance;
• Support/manage implementation of autodialler; review options and identify the best; follow through the project, manage user acceptance testing and roll-out;
• Create analytical support for the team;
• Review options for a common collections system for all businesses and start implementation;
• Futher refine collections measures in levels 1, 2 and 3 for management and process needs;
• Support development of customer segmentation to allow treatment differentiation for various risk groups to further increase productivity;
• Work with the team to increase motivation and retention of good employees. Review incentive system, training system and establish a career path for collections associate. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
