DIRECTOR GENERAL

- university degree in either economy, civil engineering or mechanical engineering,
- knowledge and experience in relevant technical and international economy fields will be
considered as an advantage,
- fluent knowledge of English language (in writing and speaking),
- Experiences in construction sector
- Experiences with leading/managing the company (min 1 years)
- high level of result-orientation and good planning and organizational skills,
- excellent communication skills, adjusted to inter-cultural environment,
- excellent negotiation skills,
- flexibility, innovativeness, feeling for team work,
- experience in using PC hardware and software.

Is responsible for company management and business organization, creation and realisation of sales plan in Romanian market, for working with key and potential customers, conducting marketing activities, cooperation with the parent company and reporting about plan realization, transferring processes and the parent company's values, and cooperation with local communities.
