- Monitoring and supervising all business operations of the company
- Monitoring operative procedures of the company in coordination with the management
- Bookkeeping and assessment of taxes for the company
- Managing all financial information for the company and providing the General Manager with accurate and up-to-date data
- Getting involved in the efficient use of resources, the budget draft, cost control implementation and deployment
- Realizing the ontrolling, planning and reporting activities
- Producing management reports and analysis to support management decisions
