DEPUTY CFO

-University Degree in economic studies (with special focus on accounting, controlling/finance) or in mathematics;
-Minimum 3 years of relevant managerial experience in either accounting, finance or controlling, favorably in an insurances field or consulting / auditing companies;
-Fluency in English is required;
-Knowledge in international standards like IFRS / ACCA is an asset;
-Computer skills: MS Office;
-Strong decision making abilities, good organizing skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines;
-Good communication and organizational skills;
-Flexible, problem-solving attitude;
-Willing to take on greater responsibilities as the company develops;
- Strong commitment towards delivering results.

-Good knowledge of the accounting procedures and Romanian fiscal code;
-Ensures timely, accurate and complete accounting records verification and processing of accounting entries;
-Supervising the tax calculation and elaboration of fiscal declarations for the company;
-Ensures the compliance with all statutory, financial and corporate requirements;
-Maintenance of the relation with the bank, service providers;
-May establish, modify, document and coordinate the implementation of accounting / finance control procedures;
-Communication with state authorities;
-Prepares accounts in accordance with Romanian Accounting Standards, IAS;
-Ensures that the reporting deadlines are met;
-Ensures the proper management of cash and bank accounts;
-Assists the Accounting and Finance teams in all business related activities.
