CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
International Shipping Company hires for its Bucharest Office graduate economists for the position of “Customer Service / Documentation”
Knowledge:
- good command of the English language (written, spoken and reading)
- very good computer operating skills: Windows based applications, Office applications
Requirements:

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
- updating various databases concerning the daily activity
- operating the company’s software programs timely and efficiently
- issuing all necessary documents (transport ordering notices, transport manifests, bill of lading)
- carrying out correspondence with the headquarters and with any other third party in order to ensure the efficiency of the activity
- supporting colleagues in the sales department in their daily activity
- providing technical assistance to the company’s customers
