| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
·Mandatory – Qualified Accountant or similar business/financial qualification.
·Graduate Degree / Post graduate Degree – Preferably in Finance and Accounting
·6 – 10 years of experience – Mix of Operations, Sales Technology orientation
·Service industry experience is a desirable
·Performance-oriented, determined and self-driven
·Strong communication and organizational skills
·Talent to provide leadership to the team
·Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
·Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
·Computer (Microsoft Office) / web skills
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsible for all Leadership and Process Training operations, with focus on Finance and Accounting topics.
·Develop the training strategy for Romania, incorporating the best practices
·Building Domain Expertise in F&A and Customer Services Management through defined training plans and Learning/Career Paths
·Design & deliver training using internal or external providers
·Responsible for identifying gaps in the operations shop floor and suggesting solutions to plug those gaps
·Should act as a consultant and a solutioning expert to the wide ranging products and services offered by us
·Control all aspects of Budgetary allocations for the training requirements of Romania
·Partner with Hiring and deployment according to Business growth plans
·Ensure alignment of Training with Business needs by implementing and driving the Learning Services Framework
·Transfer existing Learning paths from customers and improve post stabilization of process
·Seeking / Sharing best practices globally
·Understand the Outsourcing industry - integrated with Business Operations – Transition readiness, language
·Drive relationship with universities/language schools for education programs
·Drive the global leadership programs
·Plan and implement Resource / infrastructure requirement , Hiring and deployment according to Business ramp up plans in
·Ensure alignment of Training with Business needs by implementing and driving the Learning Services Framework
