Construction Engineer - Roads, Motorways, Infrastructure

- minimum of 10 years experience in Construction (Roads and/or Motorways and/or Bridges and/or Tunnel and/or Concrete-Steel Structure)

- excellent knowledge of the Construction market in Romania (at least on a specific Judet)

- Demonstrated experience in studies and tender

- proven experience in management (minimum 50 persons - middle management included)

- being business oriented (MBA is an asset)

- full mobility across Romania territory

- exposure to Clients

- Financial awareness

- Fluency in English - French is a plus

You will take the control of one of the company's agency (4-5M euros Turn Over - 100 employees)
Your responsibilities are:
- develop your team skills

- expend significantly the agency's market

- assure the standards of your agency's work

- run the regional business in a large understanding

- develop the human capital of your agency
