| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• At least 4- 5 years experience as Chief Accountant - compulsory requirement;
• University degree in Economics;
• Expert Accountant certified by CECCAR; other qualifications would be a real advantage- CFA/ ACCA;
• Excellent PC literacy (Excel, Access and accounting specific softwares);
• English proficiency;
• Well-structured and synthetical mind, quality focused and reliable person;
• Good leader capabilities. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Chief Accountant will report to CFO and will be responsible for the coordination and organization of the Accounting Department.
Responsibilities:
• Organizes and coordinates the activities of the Accounting Department;
• Reviews balance sheets and tax declarations for all holding;
• Solves tax and accounting problems;
• Assists the auditor team for performing the auditing of the holding, with all related issues;
• Assists external auditors in drafting reports for property assessment;
• Offers internal training and coaching to the accounting staff, on regularly basis;
• Communicates with holding's shareholders, drafts accounting reports;
• Supervises yearly inventory processes (reconciliation of accounting and fiscal results). |
