Requirements:
- at least 5 years experience;
- experience in a hotel chain is an advantage;
- specialized training;
- very good knowledge about administrating the kitchen;
- knowledge referring to hygienically standards;
- very good English knowledge;
- good organizer;
- communication and relationship ability;

Job description:
- organizes the Department activity according to hotel standards;
- administrates department’ s costs and is responsible with the budget;
- makes proposals to decrease the costs and to increase the performance in department;
- makes proposals for menus and calculates costs and consumptions;
- is responsible for inventory results;
- makes materials necessary to assure the continuity in all activities;
- is responsible for keeping the materials in proper conditions;
- assures that the hygienically standards, employee safety and health are according to the law.
