| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree in Economics
At least 5 years experience in a financial-accounting department (preferably in a multinational company)
At least 2 years managerial experience
Fluent in English
Driving license and fluency in Hungarian can be an advantage
Good knowledge of Romanian fiscal legislation
Ability to take responsibility, to motivate others positively and effectively, proactive, loyal and trustworthy person |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Coordinates the financial-accounting department
Verrifies the correct application of the local civil law and fiscal regulatory requirements
Makes proposals related to short and long-term loan contracts
Prepares the annual budget and forecasting
Ensures that all finances are properly administrated and monitored
Follows up relevant changes in legislation
Acts as contact person with tax authorities and tax consultants
Coordinates the payroll activities
Updates and monitores monthly cash-flow analyses
Monitors performance degree of investment plans
Organizes patrimony inventory
Reports to the General Manager the financial results of the company
