| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
o University degree - Computer Science/Cybernetics or related field (or final years undergraduate);
o Basic knowledge of UNIX platform and SQL language;
o Good knowledge of Microsoft Office(Excel, Access), Windows OS;
o Good command of English;
o Good analytical capabilities;
o Ability to focus on details;
o Able to work on shifts.

o Performs specific tasks on the Billing Systems on regular basis;
o Involved in creating, modifying, implementation of operational procedures;
o Provides support for Billing Systems users;
