| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Our prestigious client is a leading international cable operator offering advanced video, telephone, and broadband Internet services.
We are looking for a professional ASSISTANT TECHNOLOGY ANALYST for our client’s office in AMSTERDAM.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Technology Analyst to ensure that key technology statistics are collected and tracked and new technology opportunities and threats are identified and reported on a regular and timely basis.
Reporting to the Senior Technology Analyst.
■ Operate and control the documentation process for reporting new technology developments;
■ Track emerging & disruptive technologies requiring regular weekly reporting;
■ Undertake, document and report the results of in-depth interviews with industry experts;
■ Undertake, document and report on new technical developments in the industry;
■ Track and report developments in the OTT landscape on a monthly basis;
■ Collect and analyze bandwidth consumption and traffic data of You Tube for the monthly OTT updates;
■ Create and administer internal library of research subscription reports information;
■ Administer key technical statistics review process;
■ Ensure the quality of technical data used for key technical statistics;
■ Prepare and present ad hoc reports and technical presentations;
■ Assist with other technology related projects that may arise.

DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
■ Bachelor degree or equivalent;
■ Have a basic understanding of communication and network technology fundamentals;
■ 1 - 2 years of experience in a research environment either agency or client side.
■ Capable of working with senior executives;
■ Works well as part of a team;
■ Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word and Power point;
■ Capabilities with statistical packages and database analysis nice to have;
■ Excellent written communication ability, proven report writer;
■ Excellent presentation, organization and coordination skills;
■ Excellent English. Other European language would be an advantage;
■ Age profile would be expected to be 25 – 30;
■ Creative thinking and proactive;
■ Analytical thinking;
■ Able to work under pressure;
■ Not 9 to 5 mentality.
Key Measures:
Ensuring that research reports and key technical statistics are reviewed and processed in a timely manner while adhering to the controls in place.
