CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Due to business expansion, an opportunity exists to join our Central European Asset management team. Based in our Cluj office, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the management of our geographically diverse portfolio of retail, commercial and logistics properties.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Skills: In addition to having excellent negotiating and customer relations skills, the candidate should have clean driving licence; high level of competence in report writing, Powerpoint, Xcel, and Word, and Property Management softwares.
Languages: Fluency in both written & spoken business English required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar position

Our core business involves the construction and/or purchase of properties with commercial opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe.
Our Group currently owns 42 major properties in Romania, Hungary, Poland and Czech Republic. These include: supermarkets, logistics centers, parking spaces, gas stations.
