Our prestigious client is a leading international cable operator offering advanced video, telephone, and broadband Internet services.
We are looking for a professional APPLICATION SPECIALIST (CRM) for our clients office in AMSTERDAM.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
Analyze reported application or process incidents;
Design, develop, test & deliver solutions for reported incidents;
Pre-Analyze incidents that are reported in areas supported by 3rd party suppliers;
Instruct and advise CIO application teams, affiliates and architecture on best practices and recommended solutions for the CRM applications.
| DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
Requirements:
Good analytical skills;
Minimum 2 years working experience with Clarify analysis/development, mainly the Clear Logistics, Clear Support, and Clear CallCenter Modules
Working knowledge of Clarify Server Processes (Rulemanager, Notifier, Tuxedo, etc)
High level understanding of the European telecommunication industry (different inter-connecting systems bill
