CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Desired skills and experience:
Required: English fluent (both written and verbal) plus very good knowledge of at least one of the following:
- German
- French
- Italian
- Spanish
- Basic Knowledge of a UNIX/Linux operating system is required
Desired:
- AIX experience
- Customer facing experience
- C programming
- Team working
- Knowledge of IT technology & infrastructure, particularly disk arrays and Storage Area Networks
AIX (desired) / UNIX (required) product related skills:

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Software Support Specialists are required to deliver Remote Technical Software Support Services for AIX in client national language:
- Providing initial remote technical software support for AIX to clients
- Analyzing problems/situations, understanding problem impact on client business
- Applying problem solving techniques
- Responding to client queries, providing timely resolutions to client issues
- Maintaining highest client satisfaction
- Maintaining positive client relationships even in severe and pressurized situations
- Performing problem management and end-to-end problem ownership
- Logging all related activities for each customer query and handling client data securely
- Performing in international software support delivery processes and environments
- Participating in scheduled offshift (callout)
