- university graduated

- fluent in English

- minimum 3 year in a relevant position

You will be in charge of:

- the supply for a park of 6 floors office-residential building

- preventive checking and maintenance on the technical installations (done by a third party)

- management of the office-residential cleaners (6-7 persons)

- management of the office drivers

- management of the security staff

- dealing with third parties for the supply of the offices

- greeting the clients, you are their first contact

- assure the PROTOCOL

- take care of the company car fleet (25 cars and limo)

- set up the administrative document work flow

- manage all staff according to company's policy

- ensure on the administrative point of view the operations
