| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Minimum 6 months of previous experience in the same / related position is a must.
University degree is preferable.
• Knowledge of local financial regulations (mandatory)
• Interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals
• Management and Execution of ad-hoc assignments
• Very well organized person
• Self-motivated people that are able to work with minimal direct supervision, but remain responsible and accountable for their work and results
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and with positive attitude Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Very intelligent and presentable

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities
• Keeps contact with suppliers and services providers
• Processing of compliant invoices as per defined procedures with high precision and productivity levels.
• General filing and records maintenance, compiling data for reports, assisting with administrative tasks associated with costs and budgets
• Keep track of who is in and out of the office and handle enquiries
• Takes care of protocol service
• Organize company archive, correspondence and directs all courier packages promptly and accurately.
• Execute and assist the monthly closing and preparation of financial statements
• Prepare the relevant documentation and forms, as required by local accounting and fiscal legislation
• Maintain and control proper filing of documents and information support to the accounting process
• Provides administrative support and performs different secretarial duties
• Manages calendar for the Office Meetings;
• Organizes travel arrangements, appointments and events;
• Translates and types different internal documents, reports, tables, memos
• Handles reports and presentations when required
• Communicates with clients/partners
• Takes calls, greet and direct visitors
• Other specific duties
