| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
1. PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
-very good knowledge of German language, both written and spoken;
-University degree or 2 years of work experience in coordinating a project or supervising a team / project
-sales & customer oriented
-very strong communications skills
-Reliable and responsible person
-Team leader skills are needed.
-Well organized
-Proactive and initiator
-cooperative and team player
Responsibilities:
- Implementing new projects, preparing scripts
-Coordinating and supervising call center activities
-offering continuous training for existing and new coming agents
-Preparing daily, weekly and monthly basic and statistic reports.
-Supervising the implementation of company’s projects
