| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Spanish & English writing and speaking skills at excellent level.
- Brings a high standard in friendliness and professional interaction with customers.
- Efficient communication skills in writing and speaking.
- Solution-oriented.
The support agent should have:
- Experience in dealing with different clients is a plus.
- Good PC skills and be used to navigate in a Windows environment.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Agent will cover the following areas:
- Catch incoming incidents (email and phone).
- Respond within agreed Service Level Parameters.
- Offer quick and to the point solutions to customers, based on a knowledgebase of previous incidents and approved incident resolutions.
- Escalate more complex incidents to Client’s engineers.
