Personal Skills:
- Language: Italian & English fluently;

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
You will support customers of a company that is preparing the launch of a mobile payment solution. The initial users will be located in the UK .
The Helpdesk Staff will cover the following areas:
- Catch incoming incidents (email and phone).
- Respond within agreed Service Level Parameters.
- Offer quick and to the point solutions to customers, based on a knowledgebase of previous incidents and approved incident resolutions.
- Assist in publishing this knowledgebase as an online FAQ in order to decrease the incidents for the helpdesk and to increase customer self service.
- Escalate more complex incidents to Client’s engineers.
