CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Required Skills:

- Excellent English skills both speaking and writing;

- Effective and efficient communication skills in writing and speaking.

- Good knowledge of German/French/Italian/Spanish or other foreign language with international exposure is considered a plus.

- Brings a high standard in friendliness and professional interaction with customers.

- Solution-oriented and proactive person.

- Interested in acquiring experience in an Economic related field.

- Young professional willing to build a career within an complex BPO project


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

You will offer support to internal and external customers through different communication channels, always insuring best customer services.

The Helpdesk Staff will cover the following areas:

- Catch incoming incidents (email and phone).
- Respond within agreed Service Level Parameters.
- Offer quick and to the point solutions to customers, based on a knowledgebase of previous incidents and approved incident resolutions.
- Assist in publishing this knowledgebase as an online FAQ in order to decrease the incidents for the helpdesk and to increase customer self service.
-Collaborating with other positions in order to insure best resolution and prevention of incidents.
