| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* Good PC skills and experience in problem solving of technical environment;
* Fluent in English language skills, oral and written;
* Fluent in Italian language skills, oral and written;
* Experience in installing and configuring wireless devices (receivers, transmitters) is a plus;
* Understanding of GPS and Bluetooth technology (previous experience with these concepts is a plus);
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
* Provide technical support for GPS technology users;
* Receives support calls and emails, routes items to other groups for escalation as needed;
* Actively maintains and update Knowledgebase of frequent questions and approved answers to provide feedback in order to stimulate continuous improvement;
* Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through fast and accurate incident solvings;
* Ability to analyze, and interpret common technical reports, and official documents;
* Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from users/clients;
