Junior HR Specialist

University degree in psychology, sociology or related fields
- Professional experience as a recruiter or in the HR field
- Good command of English and preferably one other language
- Excellent PC skills
- Good knowledge of the Romanian labour regulation
- Open minded, flexible, with good communicating skills
- Ability to work independently, well organized, self starter

Define job descriptions and profiles in collaboration with management
- Prepare and place the job advertisement on different sources;
- Review and select the applications;
- Plan and conduct initial interviews, make candidate shortlist recommendations to management
- Define the Recruiting criteria, methodologies and values
- Implement personnel performance evaluation methodology
- Prepare and implement induction, training plans, training evaluation
- Design and implement human resources processes (internal rules, legal requirements, etc.)
- Design strategies to increase the work satisfaction, employee valuation, career planning, improve labour conditions, increase performance and satisfaction of personnel.
