CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

We are looking for young and enthusiastic candidates that enjoy and can deal with the challenge of a rapidly changing work environment of a Call Center.

Candidate should have:
- a degree in IT-education
- at least one year experience with system-management
- solid experience with support of Windows-networks (from Windows 2000)
- knowledge of network architecture and security
- basic knowledge desired in: MS SQL Server 2000 / My SQL / SQL - HTML, DHTML, XML, PHP
- Interest in: VoIP-technology


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

There will be constant contact with the IT-teams in other locations, in English.

Key tasks are:
- securing the efficiency and reliability of IT’s infrastructure (server, clients, webservices, email, intranet, etc.)
- installing, servicing and handling of MS operating systems (especially Windows 2000)
- servicing and running of DB-systems (MS-SQL-Server 2000, MySQL)
- installing, servicing and handling of self-developed software
- supporting user-help-desk duties
