CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

COMPENSATION & ORG. REGIONAL COORDINATOR – ZALAU, ROMANIA

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Problem solving abilities; good communication skills, organized, proactive
- MS Office, SAP HR knowledge
- English – advanced
AIM OF POSITION:
- Coordinate in the region the appropriate application of Compensations, Benefits and Organization’s global policies and guidelines, consistent with the Region's market and aligned with the budget labor costs, with the aim of attracting, retaining and motivating the necessary Human Resources.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the organizational structure in his region keep it up to date and align with the reference structures.
- Ensures job descriptions and position evaluations are fullfil for all employees.
- Ensures the Compensation, Benefits and Organization data is updated in SAP HR.
- Conducts annual salary and benefits market research, analyzes reports, update salary scales and proposes actions to ensure salary competitiveness and cost efficiency.
- Makes the Budget region's white collar standard (WC STD) Labor Cost.
- Carries out the compensation cycles (mid-year and IPB end year) and CPB ensuring alignment between line manager’s proposals and compensations policy.
- Supports proactively line manager’s needs regarding individual salary analysis, market information, compensation’s guidelines, etc.
- Implements the Global Benefits System, prepares the benefits budget and proves the benefits to be grants in the region.
- Provides support to International Assignments’ department so that benefits of expatriated personnel are consistent with the expats / STA policy and guarantees that expatriated personnel and STA receives accurate information and good service.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
