| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
1) Relevant experience as Trainer – minimum 2 years (at least 10 training programs sustained, equivalent of 20 days, that is 160 h training delivered)
2) Creative and Charismatic personality
3) Excellent communication & presentation skills
4) Able to beneficially manage disagreements, effective giving and receiving constructive criticism
5) Able to work under pressure
6) Very good English
7) Available to deliver training programs in Friday-Saturday (maximum 20 from 52 weeks)
Preferable:
1) University degree
2) Open / willing to travel in country
3) Organized person, time & priorities management
4) Team player
5) Capable and willing to further develop training programs
