| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Minimum experience in court of 3 years (as lawyer, legal advisor, etc).
Very good negotiating abilities.
Proactive, with a strong capacity of sustaining good ideas.
Good reaction to stress.
Availability to travel.
Good level of English, French is a plus.
Driving license.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Represents the company in litigations and different negotiations, if necessary in front of the court.
Analyses and identifies facts / situations potentially generating litigations and acts in order to eliminate them or to reduce the possibility of producing them.
Collaborates with extern lawyers (if the case), following up all issues and dead lines.
Assists internal departments of the company, advising them in all legal aspects and giving them the best chose in term of efficiency (cost / time) and quality.
Is acting like an advisor for the management team of the company, having a proactive attitude.
Edits different legal documents and validates internal documents from legal aspect.
Reports to the management team periodically or every time requested.
