CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Economics degree preferable or equivalent professional experience;
Very good English; French a plus, but not required;
extremely organized and cordial; works well under time pressure; willing to work flexible hours occasionally (ex. 11 AM – 20:00 if need be);
very good Excel, Word and Outlook skills; basic PDF knowledge;
Romanian Labor Code knowledge a plus.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Financial (log expense claims and per diem analysis, update petty cash records, log incoming invoices, fax/ scan/ provide documents requested by Accounting company, etc.)
HR (monthly trips to HR company for salary certificate requests /social charges slips, print additional deeds, submit monthly vacation days status to HR Company, employee files cataloging and updating, etc.)
Administrative (office supplies, answer phone, flight booking, data entry, mail out/ scan documents, keep paystub records, contract cataloging, etc.);
