CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years experience in HR
• Diplomas and/or relevant degrees in field of HR
• Excellent track-record of managing the HR function for medium/large organisations
• Track-record in the services industry is a distinct advantage
• Deep knowledge of HR issues
• Deep knowledge of Romanian (and where applicable also EU) Human Resources legislation
• Good knowledge of English
• Good organizational and communication skills

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented, experienced and well-organised candidate to lead the HR department and manage the 4000-strong human capital. We looking for an individual with a desire to further his/her career, demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the HR field and become one of the key members of the senior management team.
The candidate should be a good communicator with a desire to improve and further the company’s vast human resources pool. Above all, the candidate should be pragmatic and results-oriented.
Responsibilities
• Take charge of the company’s HR function; lead its day-to-day activities
• Creation of sound HR policies to support the company’s rapid growth
• This will mean amongst other the creation of employee development and retention schemes
• Creation of training programmes in conjunction with the key divisions
• Improvement of company staff review system
• Creation of sound recruitment policies
• Initiate and supervise recruitment campaigns across all employee levels
• Consolidate the team where applicable
