| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
- University degree of Computer Science or other technical
- Good experience working in Linux/UNIX operating systems
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational database applications
- Strong Programming skills (preferred languages C/C++, Java, Pascal)
- Very good written and verbal English knowledge
- Citizenship of one of the EU countries
Additional Assets will be:
- Experience in data warehousing, ETL, relational and dimensional data modeling
- Knowledge of RDBMS like Oracle, DB2, Sybase, SQL Server or Teradata
- Programming in PL/SQL, SQL PL languages
- Programming skills in Shell or Perl scripting
- German or French knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills |

Our strong growth has created openings for about 10 engineers at all levels from 2 to 15 years of work experience. We are looking for bright and experienced database and data warehousing engineers both for our European and US operations. Some of the selected candidates will be based in Europe and some in the US. All engineers will receive extensive training in data warehousing and Ab Initio in our Krakow office. After the training, the engineers will travel to work for our clients in Europe or they will relocate to USA. |

Compact is a consulting company and our clients can be anywhere in Europe or in USA. You will be required to travel to our client locations. Do you have any problem with traveling? We cannot accept any candidates who
have constraints about traveling.
We make a heavy investment in giving data warehousing and Ab Initio training. Such training is not available anywhere else and constitutes our main competitive advantage in the data warehousing industry. For
this reason, it is essential for us to ask all new employees to make a two year commitment to work for us after the training.
