Cerinte:
• Studii superioare : juridice, tehnice, economice sau finante
• Cunoasterea limbii engleze la un nivel mediu
• 5 ani experienta in domeniul Imobiliar / juridic / financiar/ comercial / tehnic
• 2-3 ani experienta in roluri similare
• Excelente abilitati de comunicare si negociere

Rol:
Asigura realizarea la timp a contractelor de inchiriere pentru spatiile in care Vodafone doreste sa amplaseze Sisteme de Comunicatie la nivelul regiunii de responsabilitate si asigura continuitatea contractelor pentru spatiile unde sunt deja amplasate acestea, in conditiile scaderii continue a valorii chiriilor platite de catre Vodafone la un nivel sub cel al competitiei. Urmareste si contribuie activ la obtinerea de avize, autorizatii si aprobari de la autoritatile specifice, in vederea construirii la timp a sistemelor de comunicatie.
Responsabilitati:
• Urmareste si renegociaza contractele de inchiriere pentru spatiile din regiunea de responsabilitate, pe care sunt amplasate sistemele de comunicatii (statii radio, porturi ISS, cabluri de fibra optica), acolo unde preturile depasesc valorile din Fisa Limitativa de preturi de inchiriere “scorecard” si / sau media competitiei;
• Urmareste si negociaza reinnoirea contractelor de inchiriere expirate sau in curs de expirare, in conditiile scaderii continue a chiriei
• Negociaza , verifica si aproba preturile propuse de firmele mandatare pentru noile contracte de inchiriere ale spatiilor pe care sunt amplasate sistemele de comunicatii Vodafone, in conformitate cu fisa specifica fiecarei zone si la valori mai mici decat ale competitiei;
• Supervizeaza si aproba inregistrarea contractelor in sistemul informatic de administrare a contractelor de inchiriere (LMS) pentru site-urile active din regiunea asignata, atat pentru contractele noi cat si pentru contractele reinnoite
• Urmareste situatia actualizarilor si reconcilierilor contractelor de inchiriere cu datele din LMS, astfel incat LMS-ul sa reflecte corect si complet realitatea pentru regiunea de care raspunde;
• Urmareste obtinerea documentelor si autorizatiilor pregatitoare inceperii constructiei, incadrandu-se in termenii stabiliti de timp;
• Urmareste si controleaza performanta firmelor mandatare pe regiunea de responsabilitate, semnaland orice probleme catre Associate Director PA&M
