Commercial Assistant

-Education: University degree in Informatics or Mathematics;
-Very good English proficiency; German language represents a plus;
-Analytical skills, very good in working with figures;
-Results and details orientation, efficiency and accuracy in completing tasks;
-Adaptability and flexibility, good team player;
-Familiar with all MS Office products (especially excel at an advanced level), experience with databases (Mysql) is a plus

-Issuing of statistics, reports and analysis regarding the company’s parameters;
-Cost/Quality analysis, proposals for optimization of costs and quality parameters;
-Check of information on our calling card layouts;
-Invoice verifications using specific tools/ reports;
-Collaboration with the colleagues within the Carrier Team and Commercial Department for specific projects;
