Qualities:
 A love for the internet: knowing how and where to find what, in Romania and beyond
 Have an open, fast-at-learning, all-rounder and creative personality; able to gather and process information rapidly, and enjoy to explore new ways
 Business minded ideally with an understanding of the marketing function- for the Marketing Coordinator position ideally internet marketing knowledge
 Well-organized, editor types with a journalist vein could be a hit
 Versatile persons- able to oversee a multitude of tasks simultaneously
 Drive to perform- restlessly develops the internet pages to reach marketing goals
 Above average IT skills, or aptitude to learn is an advantage
 Touch typing skills preferred- min. intermediate, i.e. 40 word per minute
 Hungarian intermediate, esp. in reading is desirable but not exclusive
 Qualifications do not count- although slight preference exists for a candidate with background in Economics, Marketing, IT, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management- above all we value the potential and performance

The new colleagues:
 Manage the content of the internet pages in line with marketing goals
 Handle all related administration of the pages
 Undertake general office tasks
 Advise the management on a range of issues

The Internet Marketing Coordinator, moreover:
 Is a key player in the development and initiation of internet marketing plans, instruments and actions
 Reviews the efficiency of marketing activities
