We are looking for a non-smoking, responsible, honest, hard working, woman with a pleasant appearance. English is a must. Average or beginner level only. No writing skills. The right person is self motivated, discreet, humble and organized. GOOD OPPORTUNITY for the right person. GOOD PAY

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Owner of International company near Milan (Italy) and his American wife seek a very competent woman to handle the household; all cleaning, laundry, ironing, afternoon babysitting of a 18 month old girl. Job also entails.
Some cooking, sewing/mending, dog care, tending wood-stove , accepting guests at the door and occaisonal serving at dinner parties.
Live-in, full time. Starting salary 450,00 Euro per month. Eventual raises, vacation time, bonuses, etc.
The home is a wonderful large rennovated farm property in the countryside near the Univesity town of Pavia and the fashion captial of Milan.
You will have a private comfortable room with TV in the home, plus all meals, clothing, phone calls. You will be vacationing with famliy frequently. The offer includes salary increases as a reward for good work, personal vacation time and possibly paid airfair for visits to your home.
Please do not confuse this job with that of an au-pair or babysitter. This is not an opportunity to see Italy, discover cultures or relax. This is a job to all effects. The salary potential is great. If the right candidate should remain in position for over a year or more, she can expect her salary to increase sginificantly.
Also, if the candidate is married, there is also the possiblity in the future of private living quarters for a couple who will oversee the grounds.
