| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Rol:
Recuperarea sumelor restante datorate de clienţi, conform termenelor si procedurilor departamentale, acţionând politicos si eficient.
Responsabilitati principale:
• Contactarea clientilor restantieri in vederea recuperarii sumelor datorate de acestia, aplicand tehnicile si standardele de calitate stabilite.
• Instruirea clientilor in legatura cu ciclurile de facturare, scadentele de plata, inregistrarile de pe facturi si metodele de plata. Propunerea de variante de achitare a restantelor;
• Preluarea apelurilor si informarea clientilor despre facturi, cicluri de facturare si alte detalii aferente, aplicarea tehnicilor de recuperare a datoriilor si mentinerea standardului de calitate stabilit;
• Prelucrarea reclamatiilor clientilor de o maniera politicoasa si profesionala, pentru a solutiona toate problemele din sfera sa de competenta;
• Pastrarea legaturii cu alte departamente in vederea transmiterii reclamatiilor sau cererilor clientilor care nu pot fi rezolvate in departamentul Collection.
• Realizeaza corecturi in sistemul de facturare, daca este nevoie, si operează confirmările de plata in baza de date referitoare la clienţi;
•Tine evidenta interacţiunilor sale cu clientul, pentru o mai buna satisfacere a cerinţelor acestuia cu ocazia intervenţiilor viitoare;
•Se ocupa de clienţii care doresc sa rezilieze contractul de abonat.

-Abilitati dovedite de negociere
-Putere de convingere
-Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare interpersonala
-Atentie la detalii
-Disponibilitate in relatia cu clientii interni si externi
-Orientare catre rezultate
-Foarte bune abilitati de organizare si prioritizare a activitatilor si timpului de lucru
-Cunoasterea limbii engleze la nivel conversational
-Experienta in activitatea de colectare debite/lucru cu clientii in regim call center reprezinta un avantaj
-Experienta dovedita in vanzare de metode de plata adaptate profilului clientului
-Diploma Universitara
-Bune abilitati de lucru cu calculatorul: Word, Excel,Outlook
-Atitudine pozitiva si orientata catre client
-Disponibilitate de a lucra in ture , part-time
