CANDIDATUL IDEAL: * College degree
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills
* Be very motivated and reliable
* Willing to work 8am - 4:30pm daily, 5 days/week
* Customer oriented, open-minded and intelligent person
* Min 1 year experience as a customer support/ technical support rep
* Min 2 years technical training and / or experience
* Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Japanese) are a plus
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: * Communicating with clients to provide assistance with regards to our software (by email, phone, or Skype)
* Answer sales questions about our services to potential customers
* Identify software problems and document and report them in our bug tracking system
* Find temporary solutions for clients until the bug is solved by development team
* Perform screen sharing presentation/ demo of our software as needed
* Perform manual testing of our desktop application following standard test plan every time we release a new version.
