CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

* Strong verbal and written English communication skills
* Be very motivated and reliable
* Willing to work flexible hours
* Customer oriented, open-minded and intelligent person
* Previous experience as a customer support/ technical support rep is preferred but not mandatory
* Previous experience with a trouble tickets system is a plus
* Must have technical training and / or experience
* Experience working in Microsoft Windows environment and working with Windows applications is a must

*Experience testing software applications (desktop tools preferred)
* Attention to detail is a must
* Experience with a bug tracking system preferred


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

* Communicating with subscribers (mostly by email) or potential customers to provide assistance and resolve inquires or problems with regards to our software
* Identify, support and resolve customer service related issues
* Reply customer emails daily: sales questions, technical questions, send them detailed step-by-step instructions to perform a certain task
* Troubleshot software problems, find temporary solutions for clients until the bug is solved by development team
* Speak to the customer on the phone or Skype, if needed
* Perform screen sharing presentation/ demo of our software as needed

* Report and explain in detail the software bugs in our bug tracking system
* Performs QA testing: test our desktop application following standard test plan every time we release a new version: bug fixes & new features
Understand feature requests from our customers and report them in our system, after filtering them, or discussing them with the supervisor
