Broker Real Estate - Office and Retail Departments

- Independently acquire projects and act as intermediate with pot. investors/developers
- Identify Standing (office, warehouse, logistic, retail) offer to selected clients
- Obtain access to development projects and link respective parties
- Secure progress in negotiations (being focused on closing) and provide consulting services
- Establish and maintain close networks with developers and investors
- Use real estate platforms (like trade shows, local venues) to raise the brand profile and identify new opportunities
- Secure add-on business for the company when acquiring

MARKET RESEARCH: Be THE expert on the market and use know-how for the benefit of the company. Conduct own daily research and collect market data. Meet decision makers on frequent basis to obtain key information - use this info as a competitive advantage of a local player.

Experience Requirements:
- minimum 1 year of experience in real estate environment, preferably in the field of office department
- very deep knowledge of local real estate market (include the key players in that field)
- evidence of successfully growing business in comparable context
- higher education (University degree)
- professional user command of MS Office tools
- fluent command of (verbal and written) English
