Plant Manager Assistant

University degree (preferable in technical / finance area)
English language – Advanced level
MS Office proficiency
Numerical reasoning, passion toward the job Attention to details and results oriented
Very good communication skills and team oriented

Track the specific indicators for the department’s activities and makes right analysis (actual/rolling/budget) and reports
Prepares efficiency/consumption/labor/cost reports and indicators for Support Office or other functions, upon his/her manager’s request
Creates all necessary documents (addresses, memos, faxes etc) as well as weekly, monthly and quarterly presentations
Communicates in due time with all other departments providing the required data
Hands over to Operation Department, management or other functions all the messages received
Fills in and consolidates the work time of the employees in the necessary forms
Assists Supply Chain Management in travel & schedule preparation
