| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Personal qualities:
o is a very active and dynamic person, self initiative, able to move fast throughout the industry and to complete projects.
o loving to meet new people, travel and enter/build new relations.
o fast learner, able to learn new skills and knowledge to deal with new challenges
o Has fluent command of Business English
o To the largest degree allowed by the antidiscrimination laws – a person at an age between 27 – 35 years old.
o With high computer literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet
• One or more of the listed features of the candidate will be considered a strong advantage:
o Has experience on middle or higher management positions in hospitality - hotels or restaurants for at least 3 years
o Has been selling industrial good to hotels, contacting the high and middle management there on person-to-person basis;
o Any other experience which has lead to possession of good relations and links within the hotel industry.
o Experience in B2B person-2-person sales of industrial or management goods or services.
o Has good knowledge of control and of workflow of the main processes in hotel or restaurant organizations
o Has good knowledge of the players and personal contacts with hotel managers and owners
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• The Sales Representative (SR) is responsible for initiating the sales of ClockBS in Romania as well as for acquiring the initial market share according to the sales objectives on national level;
• The SR is responsible for recruiting new customers and for retaining the existing thereafter;
• The SR is responsible for hunting for new sales leads and opportunities, for analyzing customer needs, for making presentations and demonstrations, preparing offers, conducting negotiations and close contracts;
• The SR will be responsible for providing feedback on local market trends, on competition and on customer needs;
• The SR will be responsible for conducting regular meetings with existing customers and other reinforcement activities;
• The SR will get competitive remuneration pack, including salary, quota bonuses and/or commissions based on the incoming cashflow from our customers. The remuneration pack will be negotiated with each candidate based after the interview;
• The position will contribute to candidate’s knowledge and connections through the hospitality industry, acquire experience with different hospitality management issues, and develop candidate’s skills in the field of personal sales.
• The SR will get initial and supportive trainings as well as constant support from our head office.
• Provide the necessary coordination, subordination and reporting, required by the other departments or colleagues.
