RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Pharm-Olam International seeks Clinical Research Associates with 1+ years experience of monitoring experience as a CRA. These are full-time office-based positions in Bucharest, Romania.
Responsibilities to include:
• Supporting the Project Manager with study activities
• Liaise with CRAs and Sponsors to track study progress and milestones; regulate quality standards; resolve logistic and practical issues, and promote the team-working environment
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the study protocol and other relevant documentation
• Organize and conduct investigator meetings
• Research and resolve data queries
• Interact with senior staff regarding objectives and status of clinical projects, prepare reports and make presentations
• Ensure regulatory compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines, and company SOP's
REQUIREMENTS:
• Medical doctor required
• Fluent in English
• A minimum of 1+ years clinical trials experience as a CRA, and be a team player with strong presentation and leadership skills.
• CRO or bio-pharmaceutical industry experience with a thorough knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines a must.
