| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Applicants must have good troubleshooting skills, excellent English (written) communication skills, good problem-solving attitude and the desire to learn.
Required Education or Background:
Two years of college or equivalent post-high school education or experience;
Experience in web support or web scripting;
Experience in technical or customer support, computer operations, or a related area.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The technician will be responsible for providing e-mail assistance to online customers. The position will require monitoring of support e-mail and ticket queues. The technician will also perform operational tasks under direct supervision of senior technicians.
Technicians will also be asked to independently complete small projects and contribute to large projects.
