REQUIRED EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE: ESSENTIAL: - Post Secondary Education (related degree or diploma) - 5 + years experience in network administration - Management of a multi-domain NT network - Experience in Customer Service Ability to understand and automate processes through the use of scripts PREFERRED: -Microsoft (MCP or MCSE) and Banyan (CBS or CBE) accreditations - Developed and delivered technology based training - Build proposals and respond to RFP ASSET: - Management of a Novell network or another NOS directory - Was a developer by trade in the NOS directory space
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Pre-Sales and Post-Sales • Product demonstrations and sales presentations • Proposal writing and RFP response • Knowledge Transfer to client & channel partner • Conduct consulting and training • Support Beta Customer Program • Assist Marketing and Support • Report client activities back into Development
