| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

10 - College or university degree in Engineering
10 - 3+ years experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer
10 - Demonstrates strong problem solving capacity
10 - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
10 - Strong analytical thinking
10 - Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative
9 - Fluent verbal/written English
9 - Six sigma and lean knowledge (green or black belt)
9 - Good Colour Vision
9 - Computer literate MS Office, ERP systems, manufacturing control systems, etc.
9 - Open to new ideas and assimilate information rapidly
8 - Demonstrates experience in teaching and mentoring

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
ROLE Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for:
Review purchased material requirements purchase orders and contracts
Serve as facilitator in the requirements definition process, by ensuring supplier understanding
Develop and implement commodity related strategies that support the requirement of the supplier quality processes
Performs assessments to verify suppliers quality system and process capabilities are adequate to consistently provide conforming material
Work with supplier to establish effective quality plans and to implement the Supplier First Article Inspection requirements
Develop and implement plans to certify all suppliers and part numbers in support of assigned commodities
Implement process capability improvement with relevant suppliers
Develop inspections plans for IQA; train personnel as required; provide technical support to IQA
Work with customers and engineering on new product introduction
Resolve purchased material issues in the factory; provide commodity technical supports
Provide guidance and support to all organizations on matters regarding the quality of purchased materials
Maintain quality database and metrics
