| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Good command of English language is a must
Previous experience in retail sale is a must, current supervisor or shop manager position is a plus.
Familiar with Microsoft Office programs, very good computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer).
University degree, economic background.
Smart and very well organized person.
Self confident and organized.
Problem solving oriented personality.
Strong communication skills.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
As Shop Supervisor you will have to start from client feedback, motivating the 10-20 team persons you will work with in order to rich the business plan goals.
There are a lot of deadlines and a lot of work to be done, but if you keep a high level of enthusiasm and optimism and results are proving, the reward will be from 13 to 15 salaries per year.
