RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Directs all Customer interface related functions, leads the formulation of commercial strategies, ensures the achievement of respective (qualitative and quantitative) targets and metrics, boosts customer satisfaction and the presence of the Company’s portfolio in the market.

STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Formulates, seeks approval by the General Manager, shares internally and ensures the implementation of the department’s strategic plan. Ensures the timely adjustment of the commercial strategy and plans to meet changing market conditions and competitive actions.
b) Cooperates with subordinates for the formulation of trade channels strategies and plans. Ensures implementation of the agreed plans.
c) Identifies and proposes areas for improvement in processes related to the Department’s strategy, operations and management.
d) Contributes during the formulation of the company targets, strategies and marketing plans in terms of commercial strategies, policies and budgets
e) Attends trade associations and fairs, union and trade conferences etc.
