.Identify new potential clients; identify actual clients interested to renew the loan •Inform the clients about Cash Loan product according to the training manual and internal sales practices, explain the loan benefits and costs •Identify current and future financial needs of the client •Explain documentation required and assist the client to fill the forms •Collect and put together all the documentation in the loan application file •Inform the client about the Credit Department decision •Ask referrals from existing and potential clients
