REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT

• Experience in REAL ESTATE market of 3 years;
• Negotiation Skills and proven experience in real estate
• Advanced English skills
• Driving license
• University degree, is a plus if legal studies
• Strong PC skills

To communicate with potential clients (buyers or tenants) in order to promote the department’s services and expand clientele.
To understand a client’s specific needs and record them in the department’s information system
To advise the clients on the best way of meeting their needs
To actively pursuit the satisfaction of the clients’ needs by providing all necessary information and by using all means of property promotion or location
To negotiate the closing of deals on behalf of the client
To constantly update the department’s records with information about new and pending projects
To monitor and assess legal and business environment issues which can affect his/her area of operations and assure that the services offered by the department comply with existing regulatory environment
To plan, direct and control his daily operational activities and the execution of projects to ensure high level of performance and customer satisfaction
To process the major clients projects
To actively promote the department’s services to potential clients
To promote the cooperation with the other departments of the company.
