| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
If you want an involving role in the most dynamic market in Romania, Colliers is offering you the opportunity to jump start your career as junior broker for its Residential Department.
In order to perform in Colliers you should have the following skills and experience:
• Open minded, team player and willing to learn and improve;
• Self-motivated, committed, dynamic and positive person;
• Interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Romanian;
• Excellent with the computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes);
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks;
• 2 years of experience in sales (is a plus).
Strong desire to succeed, self-motivation and ability to deliver results are important to your activity and essential in order to be promoted in Colliers.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
As junior broker you will:
• Perform selling activities and offer consultancy to potential clients for Colliers exclusive residential projects in Bucharest.
• Contact clients; make presentations;
• Prepare offers, contracts, electronic proposals, market research;
• Attend meetings, viewing tours, conferences, seminars etc;
• Update databases.
